There *used to be* an IBM/Lenovo site called BIOS file matrix - ThinkPad which also has a table with links to BIOS downloads. This System Program Service Diskette updates the system BIOS program stored in the ThinkPad system to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below. The battery is included but the remaining life/quality of charge is not guaranteed.
